Offering a more comprehensive level of cover this service level combines an agreed regular preventative maintenance programs with a reactive response agreement on nominated equipment.
The preventative maintenance program, managed by qualified technicians, aims to minimise any incidence of costly interruption to service by providing regular and specified maintenance ensuring equipment is in optimum condition and that there are no errors or failing componentry.
In the event of an unforeseen issue this service level includes the reactive response, under the predetermined SLA, to rectify the issue including the provision of spare parts, and if required, swapping the failed equipment with the same or equivalent equipment.
This service level includes monitoring equipment remotely by Fusion Power Systems 24/7 National Operations Centre, automatically notifying of, and allowing response to any issues or alarms.
This level of service is provided at an agreed capped cost allowing for better budgetary planning and cost control.
